This communication is to advise you, that we shop at the various Hallmark stores several days a week, and we feel that the following store employee deserves special recognition, Her name is Barbara and she works at Matthews Hallmark in Queensbury, N.Y. 12804. Her store number is #61 and whenever we are even near the store, she greets us, and inside the store, she is extremely helpful, she is very fast and efficient in processing our purchases, and she also treats us as if time is of no problem. We usually fill out the standard surveys for the employees when we make purchases, but with our luck, when we make a purchase and she is at the register, the survey receipt does not come up. Just in case you wish to check some of our purchases, our crown rewards number is 917623583019 and we went to Hallmark today, since a neighbor’s mother died, and we knew that we would be able to find a nice sympathy card there. Please give this lady the recognition that you would for a top performing employee, as she has always set the standard for proper customer care.
