I’ve mentioned here before that Greenpoints‘ owner, PayByTouch, was in financial troubles and was looking to sell off its “non-core” business. Word is now that with no buyer, both “halves” of the business are up for auction. It was initially scheduled to go to auction yesterday, but it’s been delayed for some unspecified reason.
