I’ve gotten a couple of emails from members of the Visa Extras Rewards Program wanting to know what was up with the website. For a month or so now, account balances have been inaccessible online, though the site has continued to assure members that their balances continue to accrue points.
In this week’s American Banker, Visa said that the problem was related to a software conversion. They said that they had at least partly fixed it this week, and they once again reassured members that they were continuing to earn points as per the program’s rules.
