Yes, it’s long overdue, but I’ve finally put together my official review of the Upromise.com Rewards Program. Pull up a comfy chair and read on for the scoop!

Reward Per Dollar Spent: Varies
Earn For: Shopping (Online and Offline)
Rewards Available: Rebates go into your Upromise account and can be transferred to a Section 529 college savings plan, can be applied to an existing student loan serviced by American Education Services, can be donated to a participating K-12 school, or can be paid to the member by check (must be requested in writing and checks are cut quarterly)
Limit One Account Per: Individual U.S. resident 13 or older
Customer Service Contacts: 1-888-434-9111 (7:00 AM to 11:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday and 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST weekends). 1-800-UPROMISE is for loan questions.
Notes:
1. Link your grocery and drug store rewards cards to your Upromise account to earn when buying certain brands. Participating stores include Albertsons, CVS, Net Grocer, Sav-a-Center, and Winn Dixie.
2. Register your credit card to earn rebates on meals purchased at participating restaurants.
3. Earn a minimum of 1% on all purchases made with the Citi Upromise Credit Card (2% on Exxon/Mobil gas, 10% on groceries).
4. A toolbar is available for download to remind Upromise members of earning opportunities. (Be aware that some toolbars interfere with your ability to earn rebates at other rewards programs, though.)
