In the midst of its legal woes (see below), Memolink’s Merchant Account Manager, Nicki Hayes, posted on an affiliate marketing forum about three weeks ago, “Look for exciting things from us soon like the redesign of our site!” I’m sure the company could use some extra funds to fight off Levi’s civil suit, and the way they make money is from their members. Last time the site was redesigned, they slightly dropped their point value but also dropped the value of the points they were paying for many of their offers (sometimes by a third!). If they pay you a smaller cut of what you earn by completing an offer or a sale, they increase their profit. Makes sense. May be about to happen again, so be forewarned.

Tweaks and enhancements make sense. To overhaul the site all over again seems to me to be a total waste and an annoyance as a member. I point, I click, I look around. I have never shopped on their site and doubt that I will. I’ve heard so much negative feedback on so many message boards that I am convinced they are really not as reputable as they would like to think they are. I’d tell the “suits” at ML to hold off on their expenditures when it comes to site redesign. I honestly don’t think they’ll be around long enough to reap any benefits from it at all. Just the view of one clicker…

Both my husband and I are still waiting on our redemptions from a year or two ago. They have set our point levels to 0 now and there is no record of us ever having points or of having redeemed them.
No way will I trust this company again!
I have never had trouble with memolink points. I always got my items I put in for from the points I earned. This is how I earn that little bit of extra Christmas money.
