Upper Deck Rewards Program

March 30, 2006 · 0 comments

On April 1, Upper Deck launches its Upper Deck Kids rewards program. Cards in 2006 Upper Deck baseball packs will contain a code that kids can enter online for points. These points can be cashed in for prizes, including video games, iTunes, and movie memorabilia. Point value won’t be related to the dollar value of the card — “common cards” may be worth more than top player cards. Cards will be worth 50-250 points each (100 points average). Prizes will start at 1000 points.
The Upper Deck Kids website is here.
Update, 12/06:
The program is open to all residents of the U.S. and Canada (except Quebec). Participants under 13 require parental consent. Prizes include:
1 iTunes Download – 7,000 points
3 iTunes Downloads – 15,000 points
Fandango Bucks – 25,000 points
Wall Stars Decals – 100,000 points
Xbox 360 – 750,000 points
Is 750,000 points attainable? According to the current leaderboard (12/30/06), there are 25 people with over 750,000 points. The top 100 all have over 450,000 points.
