It’s been down for me all day…no idea what’s up unless the lengthy (and time-consuming) VIP surveys somehow froze up the site.

I wonder how long it will be before they update the levels? I completed the second half of the gold-level servey yesterday, and have over 4,000,000 points, but I’m still on the “silver” level! And there are certainly a lot of folks out there who’d be ready to take the platinum-level survey if it was available. Sorta defeats the idea of accumulating points quickly if you’re not allowed to spend them….
