ClickToTheMagic Unveils New Look

December 28, 2005 · 1 comment has finally released a long-awaited site overhaul. It looks nice to me, though almost overwhelmingly busy and currently with a few errors. I hope that the new version is accompanied by a renewed vigor in addressing customer service complaints such as redemptions outstanding for 6 months or more and failure to respond to email inquiries in a timely manner.

the new design looked pretty at first glance but after a day or two I realized it is seriously laggy, confusing, and frustrating to use. It is also extremely difficult to figure out how to redeem your points now. Apparently I am not alone in thinking this. A quote from the CTTM site – (One question we are getting daily, “Where’s the Redemption page?” Please review areas of our site, the answer is on at least 3 pages!!! We won’t just have 1 page, redemptions will be all over the site.)
Well I have scoured the site for over 30 minutes and cannot find a single thing to redeem for. I sure wish they would have just 1 page and leave it simple. If anyone figures this out I would love a reply, thanks!
