This program might still be alive and well, but the two times this year I was supposed to receive free pizza coupons, I have not. I tried finding the information on the Pizza Hut website but they have apparently taken it off as your link does not work either. I’m guessing this program’s days are numbered… wonder if they will be coming out with a pizza hut credit card like Walmart has???
I have the program and love it… They stopped it and no more applicants. They will let us carry out the year for members, but the store won’t tell you info on how many pizza coupons you have earned, and the mail delivery of coupons is very slow. I have earned 4 free pizzas in 2 months… Dang, LOVE THOSE CHEESY BITES!!!
I have signed up for the vip for the past two years with a local store and I have not received my coupons for 2007 and I paid for this and I want my coupons or my money back! Also I the store is saying there not sure if the program is still around please let me know if this is true because I really like your pizza and there isn’t alot of stores in this town.
I joined in 2006, but I guess I never ordered two separate orders in one month, and consequently never got ANY free pizzas for doing that.
Just tried to “check my account” and found that the link given in the first post doesn’t work, and when I called the VIP number, the fellow told me that they are discontinuing the VIP program.
I work in Customer Service, and the agent that I talked to showed so little interest and enthusiasm in giving me an answer to my questions that I would have fired him if he were working for me! (At least PRETEND to be intrested/alert/and you give a damn!)
