Yesterday a member there claiming to be a MP employee said, “I work at MyPoints and I’ve been catching up on your reactions to our
new website. We are still trying to get all of our offers and
redemption options up on the site. Rest assured..nothing has gone
away. It may just take a few more days to get everything up. We’ve
had to test extensively to be sure that everything works properly.”
Of course, anyone could claim to be a MP employee for kicks, but another user confirmed that she got the following message in response to an inquiry about Hilton HHonors points being missing as a redemption option: “Thank you for contacting MyPoints Member Care.
We are currently working out some issues with some of the rewards through our site, but rest assured the Hilton Honors Points award will back up soon. Thank you for your continued patience and support. Please feel free to contact us with any further inquiries.

When Bonus Points sends me an email, all the blocks on the whole page is blank, and when it says click on here for 5 bonus points, when I try to click on it, you can’t click on it. Is there something I need to download to make the ads come up in the blocks so I can see the advertisements?

I ordered from vista print in january.Have not recieved my 300points. Ordered from ebay in march have not recieved my points.
When I received an email from Bonus Points or My Points. I open the email only to received blank boxes. I click on them and nothing happens. Sometime clicking on them freezes my system and I have to log out and then retry? What can I do to keep this from happening.
There was a special if you order something from Dell you would get 5000 points. I ordered a new notebook. How do I get the points put on my account.Thanks.

I complied with a net Quote auto Insurance Policy and received numerous offers both through e-mail and snail mail. Windows crashed on me so I was unable to provide email promotion that was sent by MyPoints. None of the quote where better than what I had already! MyPoints asked me to provide copies of my policy and one of the quotes. I did., as an attachment. My Points then stated, We are unable to open attachments. I do not have faxing capabilities as I do not have a landline. Got rid of it when a Hacker from Japan backdoored my computer and ran up over a $100.00 phone bill. I then converted policy into an OCR and sent. The next message I got was that they couldn’t do anything with info. See Below for cleaned copied of e-mail traffic:
