Changes to MyPoints Coming Soon?

As most of you know, United Air Lines, the parent company of MyPoints, is trying to emerge from Chapter 11 bankruptcy. They announced today that as part of their restructuring effort, they’re assigning their Executive VP of Strategy, Douglas A. Hacker, to leading the assessments of UAL’s ancillary businesses…initially focusing on MyPoints.

MyPoints owes me over 6,000 points, all which I have earned with purchases, spending money, joining clubs and much more. This is a legally binding contract that the owners are bound to since the company they are taking over have not given us our earnings. Who do we contact to enforce this as well as collect what they owe us? Marla Davis, NC
