MyPoints Crediting Delays

I’ve heard a lot of complaints from MyPoints users lately about how email offers aren’t crediting. One user even got a snippy email from their member care department denying knowledge of a problem and suggesting she detail which emails she clicked on and when.
Tonight there’s finally a glimmer of hope that MyPoints is actually on top of the situation — a member received this response from MP’s member care:
“Dear Member,
A recent system upgrade made it necessary to backlog all Point crediting for the last 14 days. The upgrade is now complete and we expect all Point transactions to post to your account by the end of the week.”
Let’s hold ‘em to that.

Checked this morning and i have points credited from emails it looks like. I am waiting for them to credit me for some other points through shopping through their links.

Indeed they have had complaints, but it must be automated now or something. On the MyPoints Yahoo Group, we’ve recently had some messages from members who received their rewards within DAYS!

I have been a member of MyPoints since 2003, I used Office Depot religiously and have had a terrible time getting the points posted, if I do not keep track and keep on them, its my loss. I find this frustrating and at this time I am looking for some other similar program that will be more consciencious about posting points earned.
