PrimaRewards has a cool feature in their referral co-op, but the main problem is that you can only get about 12 free points per day in the daily free clicks. That takes about 6-7 minutes and that has a dollar value of about 1.2 cents. Is it worth it? NOPE. Go to hell Prima.

Has anyone else noticed that PrimaREwards is not totalling our points on an as-earned basis? My total, depite point-earning activity, has remained the same for weeks – despite the transaction history that shows the activity.
Anybody shed light on this?

Anonymous March 8, 2003 at 8:47 am

I have noticed the same problem with Prima. They stopped registering just short of being able to purchase any rewards. I have all these points pending too from site visits that I can’t use. I have sent 2 support requests tht havn’t been answered either. Anyone else have input?

Paul March 9, 2003 at 11:55 am

I think we should boycott primarewards since theyve been down for months in all areas of the site. Theyre treating their members like crap.

Florence March 10, 2003 at 8:59 am

I also have not received my points for a week.My points have stayed the same. I have sent them an e-mail and they say they are tracking it. Whatever that means.

Becky March 10, 2003 at 11:12 am

They should be showing up in your Transaction History, but not in your balance. That’s a problem they’re (supposedly?) working on.

Lori March 10, 2003 at 5:37 pm

I, too, have been clicking on sites without getting points added to my total. I sent 3 emails and a letter with no response. This is ridiculous. We spend the time to click on the sites and don’t even get our points!!!

Patty Warner March 14, 2003 at 12:02 am

I joined Prima recently and am really annoyed with their stupid pop up windows. So annoying…. patty

lissa March 14, 2003 at 8:32 am

I STILL HAVEN NOT HEARD A PEEP FROM PRIMA. MY SUPPORT REQUESTS GO UNANSWERED AND MY POINTS ARE STILL NOT TOTALLING. I HAVE STOPPED VISITING SITES AND SHOPPING TILL THIS IS PROBLEM RESOLVED. ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON? IF NOTHING HAPPENS SOON , I WILL JUST FIND ANOTHER SITE. ANY SUGGESTIONS ANYONE?

Lori March 14, 2003 at 5:36 pm

It’s been since March 7th when my points were posted last. I keep searching the sites. Does anyone know when this “problem” will be solved? The people at Primarewards never answer their emails? Do they have a toll free number we can call? This is ridiculous!!!!! I haven’t had this trouble with any other sites.

Gale March 16, 2003 at 4:10 pm

I too have not had my points credited and have emailed prima several times, but have had no response. Seems the members are getting the shaft.

Lori March 26, 2003 at 10:48 am

Has anyone had any points added yet? My total is still the same since March 7th. Anybody know if they are going to add our points? If they don’t soon, I am not going to click their sites any longer. This is really getting old!!! I even sent them a letter a month ago and NO RESPONSE!!! That is like so rude!!! :(

Betsy March 27, 2003 at 9:14 am

Rewards points not freed from early DECEMBER shopping, no reply to 4 emails other than the person who no longer works for them wishing me luck, and now their forums are down (so members cannot contact each other. There is no way this is a going concern, especially since they are starting a new site, cashbaq, for which you could not pay me to join.

KatLen April 3, 2003 at 3:36 pm

I have written twice with no reply. my points did bounce once early march but nothing since.
The advertisers are bailing, looks like me too.

Lori April 4, 2003 at 8:03 am

Do they have a phone number (toll free of course) that we can call and ask them? This is getting old fast!!!

lissa April 5, 2003 at 8:38 am

i now have .75 points from dec. 31, 1969 in my transaction history and points are still not updated. bizarre in the extreme. i am doing my shopping and searches elsewhere at this time.

barbara April 8, 2003 at 6:06 am

I recently heard a rumor that Scott was very ill. Do you buy this? If so why was the staff let go? Any updates as to whats happening?

Becky April 8, 2003 at 8:25 am

I’ve looked and was unable to find ANY contact number for Prima, toll-free or otherwise. I found what I think is Scott’s home phone number, but I’m reallllly reluctant to use it. I heard (like third-hand) that he was dealing with some personal problems (not related to his health, btw). It was my impression, from Bret’s email, that he wasn’t let go, but instead chose to leave – as far as I know, Prima was a 2-man operation. So with Scott MIA, there’s nobody running the show. At all. Which explains why the technical problems haven’t been fixed and support emails have gone unanswered. All we can really do here is wait and see and hope that Scott gets his sh*t together.

Darlene Fox April 8, 2003 at 12:17 pm

Same problem here, close to cashing in and my points are adding up either. They are, however in my site history so, at least there is proof that I’m getting them.

sally April 11, 2003 at 4:19 pm

i think we have been duped. the amount of points to redeem was enormous and it may look like a well thought out plan. we work they collect. I hope i am wrong, but their business ethics have an awful lot to be desired

Liz April 12, 2003 at 12:45 pm

Boy, the visit sites section is getting smaller and smaller.

barbara April 13, 2003 at 4:22 am

I noticed to how small the points section is now too. But if the banners are being removed who is removing them if no one is there?

Becky April 14, 2003 at 5:04 pm

Nobody’s removing ‘em, Barbara — they come off automatically as soon as the link has hit the number of hits that the advertiser paid for. Either Scott gave me more hits than the other guys, or (more likely) my campaign just started later than theirs.
So if you might’ve had hope that someone was actually AT HOME at Prima…guess again! :) (or actually…) :(

Trish April 18, 2003 at 8:08 am

Wow!! Now something is definitely happening with PrimaRewards. The following message was on their home page:
“An error occurred while we were attempting to process your request. The administration staff has been notified and will resolve it shortly.”
I don’t know if this is a good thing or a bad thing. Hmmmmmm.

Trish April 18, 2003 at 8:13 am

Forget it. It was a fluke of some kind. Now we’re done to one point on the Visit Sites page- Compare Rewards. I wonder when this advertisement is going to expire and then we’ll have zero points.
Has anyone been able to reach Scott or someone? I have had some pending points in my account that has been there since January. I am not very happy with PrimaRewards. If there is some kind of problem, they should have at least given us some kind of notification. Do you think this site calls for GPT Boycott??

Anonymous April 24, 2003 at 12:11 pm

I definately think they should be boycotted as well as whatever future site they are setting up. I am very disappointed. Even a tiny email or message to the effect that there are personal problems would have been polite.

Joe April 25, 2003 at 11:40 am

I am having the same problem with Prima Rewards .REWARDS is that a joke. I haven`t heard hide or tail of what`s happening at Prima. But I`m about ready to say goodbye. What a rip-off !

Liz May 18, 2003 at 9:28 am

Well, it finally happened…only one site left on the Visit sites section

Cindy June 27, 2003 at 1:45 pm

Sick of seeing “Still Pending” and on top of that they only offer 6 free points daily (visit a website and search). It will take forever to redeem anything like that. Their game “Sklif” has its own redemption system. However, Sklif’s links are broken and some of the questions cannot be found at the particular website.

Rick July 3, 2003 at 11:02 am

My points have been pending since November…
Personally I think we’ve been scammed – The only rational response from here is to involve the authorities in some regard or take legal action.
What a convenient scheme – set up a site, get everybody to work for you, collect the money, and then check out and pretend the computer isn’t working.
the guy is probably on the beach enjoying the profits.
