I’m not sure that coupon will work… it says right on it “no copies”. Unless this was a web coupon (rather than a scanned image of a physical coupon), I would not be surprised if printouts are rejected. But you might get lucky.

Hi, Marc! Nope, it is not a copy…it’s not a scan. It was mailed out to some people and this is the exact email they were told to print. Everyone on the forums where I found the coupon who has tried to use it did so with no problems or questions at all.

Don’t bother with Reward Zone. It’s a scam. They promise certificates and never send them.

I spent almnost 2 thousand dollars in april and I have not received any of my $5 certificates. I am beginning to think this is a scam. I cannot even access the web address they listed. I tried to call, all I got was the computer, with no way to talk to an actual person. What’s going on?

This is a scam. I was due $50 in certificates I never received. Two phone calls and ten weeks and still no certificates.

you’re all idiots. Best buy waits 1 month after you make you’re purchase to make sure you don’t return it. Then it takes a couple of weeks to process. I have been a member since the program started and have recieved all of my rewards. you can check your account at

Best buy rewards is a scam, in Feb 2008, I spent over $1,200, and never received my coupon in the mail. When i asked the best buy people they said to call the rewards # and talk to customer service, i did, and was told they would send me the coupon. never got it. About a week ago i received a phone call and was told i need to use the card before it expires. and that was a voice recording. it also said if i did not get it print it out on line. best buy does not except them.SCAM SCAM SCAM

Reward zone has been perfectly fine for me. The easiest way is to just sign up for an account on their website listed on the back of the card and print out your rewards. I’ve done it before and it works perfectly fine. Beware, there is an expiration date which is clearly mentioned in the program rules (if you don’t know about the expiration date, it’s your fault). I had $15 worth of points expire on me, but I called the number and they gave me back the $15 (they’ll do it for points expired within the past 6 months). In order to get a person instead of an automated message, I selected to be directed by an operator and then asked the operator to send me to the Best Buy reward zone points department. I’ve never asked them to mail it to me, so I don’t know about their reliability in that respect, but printing the certs out works great. Good luck.

The Best buy I shop at finds every way possible to not give you points for your purchase. For example if you exchange an item they credit a gift card and re run the new purchase. Gift cards will not give you reward zone points.
I called Reward zone customer service and they said they would credit me for over 800.00 in purchases that my best buy had not applied to my account. They said I would have to wait 7 – 10 days. I called after 11 days. They denied that I had ever made any purchases. I would not recomend paying for the Reward Zone card. It is a greedy Best Buy scam.
