SixQuestions Beta-Tests Software Upgrade

March 6, 2005 · 2 comments

SixQuestions.com is beta-testing a new version of their software on SixQuestions.NET — some changes include HOURLY contests, people with less than 6/6 still receiving a portion of the pot, questions being drawn at random from a pool of user-contributed questions, rating of each question, user-submitted polls which are also rated, etc. You can sign up to be a beta-tester at sixquestions.net but be aware that accounts there will be zeroed out when beta-testing ends. Since WinAtlanta uses the same software, there’s a chance that site may also change formats in the near future — stay tuned!

This new six questions tester site is pretty cool. They just have some gliches to work out wich can cause you to be cheated out of points. The new version also, keeps people from cheating by sharing answers to the quiz’s on the Big Big Forum. And, today there site is down, so maybe it’s over.

It’s okay. Don’t know all that needs work yet.
Not too crazy about not knowing what the Quizes are about and I don’t like rating each question in the polls
