I just completed a survey for JCPenney. They were asking for opinions on a proposed new rewards program — if it was a good value, how it might affect your likelihood to shop at JCP, etc. This is NOT definite, but this is what they proposed (cut-and-pasted from the survey):

One thing they could be leaving out, I have a credit card with J.C. Penneys and on my birthday, I always get a certificate for $10, but I have to spend $50 to use it.
you dont have to spend $50+ when you use your birthday certificate.
how about all other stuff i buying since i start jcpenneys account. i spend over 10000 my acount on the amount. stuff i buy at the store or catolg. please check the back record. please.
Why is it so hard to get setup rewards on my account why is that
I SENT YOU AN EMAIL AND YOU SENT IT BACK AND LOST THAT ONE I COULD NOT READ ALL,OF IT AS IT LEFT MY SCREEN AS I WAS GOING TO FILE THAT. IT WAS ABOUT THE REWARD POINTS I JUST SIGNED UP FOR WITH YOU FOLKS I LOST THAT ONE TO AND I AM VERY CONCERN THAT SOME ONE WILL GET MY ACCOUNT CARD NUMBER AND MY PASSWORD I FILED TO YOU, HELP ME IN WHAT TO DO IN THIS MATTER.AND YES I HAVE SPENT A LOT OF MONEY THERE AT PENNEYS OVER THE PAST MONTHS JUST CHECK YOUR RECORDS, OK.
