Got my quarterly rebate check from Ebates yesterday, and they say they’ve added PayPal as a payment option! (Appears to still require a $5 minimum for quarterly payout, though.) Not a member of Ebates? They have VERY competitive shopping rebates — please see my review here and consider joining!

As of today 09-15-09 they refused the PayPal payment and have disallowed my rebate. It this a scam, I do belive it is.
