Greenfield Online

July 16, 2004 · 10 comments

The other day I mentioned the NFO MySurvey program as a way to earn money online by completing surveys. Another great program that I’ve been paid by several times is Greenfield Online. Surveys are available every day onsite and occasionally you’ll receive an invitation by email to do a specific survey based on your profile. When you complete a survey, you’ll be entered into a drawing for cash prizes. You can request a check at any time (no minimum required to cash out).

I have pretty much stopped doing surveys for greenfield online, many times I answered the last question of a survey and then got a message saying I didnt qualify for that survey, sure seems funny that it took them the entire survey to figure that out. overall they have been rather fishy for the last 6 months and going downhill

I have been owed payment for almost a year. I keep getting told it is being escalated to the right department. I’ve stopped doing surveys for them too.

I’m in the same boat as nitsirk. I’ve been owed a measley $19 for close to 6 months. I’ve e-mailed them several times and called twice. They respond that my situation is getting forwarded to the “escalated” department, then I never hear from them again.

I have filed a complain with the BBB in Connecticut for failing to pay me for services rendered.

Greenfields website saids the following:
“A check for the full amount in the account will be sent to the mailing address from your registration within 2 to 6 weeks.”
This is apparently not happening…….

Ditto to the above responses about the issues being “escalated to the appropriate department”. I would complete a survey promising money, the survey would show “open” for months and months, and then the status would change to closed without me ever receiving money. E-mail responses have been vague and I have seen no resolution after 6 or 7 tries, so I quit this panel.

Oh gosh, I’m starting to work for Greenfield Online soon. That’s pretty embarrassing. I didn’t know there were so many issues.

What about that $1 you get for telling someone else to sign up. I did see that in my paypal account.

Have you since revised your assessment of GREENFIELD as a “great program”? Please. Greenfield is FAR FROM GREAT. They have absolutely NO CUSTOMER RESPONSE WHEN EMAILING THEM FOR THEIR UMPTEEN MILLION PROBLEMS CONCERNING EVERY ASPECT OF THEIR SYSTEM. THEY ARE A TOTAL RIP OFF. Period. Total waste of time. For compensation — sweepstakes offered out the rear end, so why bother? Who wins their sweeps, if anyone at all, because I don’t believe their pictures posted of “winners.” Sign up with them for a never-ending migraine…
