RewardsRunner.com has some higher cash back percentages. I’ve been using them for the last couple of months and have had great luck. I noticed they are not reviewed on this site.

They don’t have shoebuy, but they have shoemall.com (24%)and shoes.com at (26%), you can’t go wrong with those amounts.
