New Customer Care System at CreationsRewards.net

In response to feedback received from a recent member survey, CreationsRewards.net has implemented a new customer care system. It contains an in-depth knowledge base to address FAQs, an announcement area, and a new “trouble ticket” system which allows you to submit inquiries and read replies directly from the customer care platform — in case you are having email delivery issues.
This is a great enhancement to the program, which will be celebrating 9 years in business this September. Creations’ owner Chris Basista says there will be new social networking options to enhance communication with his members in the very near future, including Facebook and Twitter.
